Our products are thoughtfully crafted to support your child’s development through play — and we stand behind their quality and purpose. That said, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we’re here to help.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, damaged, or incomplete products

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Final sale or clearance items

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the above criteria.


💸 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a full refund (minus shipping costs) will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.


📬 Exchanges & Damaged Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@monteplay.shop. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund — no hassle.


🧠 Please Note

MontePlay products are designed for young children and must be used under adult supervision. Natural materials such as wood may show slight variations — these are not considered defects.
